Every block and its variants
The eight block types you can place on a page, what each is for, and the styles available.
Eight block types exist. Each has variants that change its appearance without changing its behaviour, and each picks up its colours from the funnel theme automatically.
| Block | Variants | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Heading | H1, H2, H3 | The question or statement on the page. H1 for the landing page, H2 for questions. |
| Description | Plain, Eyebrow | Supporting text under a heading. Eyebrow is a small uppercase line above it. |
| Input | Filled, Outline, Underline | A single line of text — a name, an email address, a phone number. |
| Textarea | Filled, Outline | A longer free-text answer. |
| Radio | Filled, Outline, Check | A multiple-choice question. One answer only. |
| Checkbox | Square, Toggle | A single yes or no, most often a consent tick. |
| Button | Solid, Text, Icon | The page's forward action. One per page. |
| Logo | Badge, Wordmark, Monogram | Your brand mark, usually on the landing page. |
Editing a block
Click a block on the canvas to select it. The right panel then shows its text, its placeholder where relevant, its variant, its options if it is a radio, and a Required Field toggle.
Required fields
A required block stops the responder from continuing until it has a value. Use it for the answers you genuinely cannot follow up without — the email address, and any question that determines whether this person is worth your time. Leave everything else optional; each required field is a place someone can give up.
