Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Funnelea, operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address]. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Funnelea lets you build multi-step funnels, publish them to a public link, and collect and review responses. The product page describes the features available today. Features described elsewhere as planned are not commitments or part of this agreement.

Your account

• You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure
• You are responsible for everything done under your account
• One account currently maps to one workspace and one seat
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Collect data unlawfully, or without a lawful basis for doing so
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Run phishing, fraud, or any attempt to obtain credentials or payment details deceptively
• Distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the service
• Publish content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where it is served
• Resell or white-label the service except under a written agreement with us

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without notice where the breach is serious or ongoing.

Your content and your data

You keep all rights to the funnels you build and the data you collect. You grant us only the licence needed to host, serve, back up, and display that content in order to operate the service. We do not use it for anything else.

You are the controller of the personal data your funnels collect. Our handling of it is described in the privacy policy.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan is provided at no charge and has no fixed term
• Paid plans are not yet available for purchase; when they open, their terms, prices, and billing cycle will be stated at the point of sale
• Prices exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Plan limits are published on the pricing page and may change on reasonable notice

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided as-is on the Free plan, with no uptime commitment. Any service level commitment applies only where one has been agreed in writing.

We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give account holders reasonable notice by email.

Ending the agreement

• You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time
• Deleting your account permanently removes your workspace, funnels, submissions, and contacts
• Published funnels stop resolving as soon as the account is deleted
• Export anything you want to keep before you delete — there is no recovery window

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and the courts of [Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
