About plans and billing
What counts as a live funnel?
Only funnels in the Live state, which are the ones reachable at a public link. Drafts and funnels you have taken offline do not count, so you can build and iterate on as many as you like.
What happens if I go over my contact limit?
Your published funnels keep running and keep collecting submissions — a live funnel is never switched off without warning. You will be prompted to upgrade before new contacts stop being created, and existing contacts always stay accessible and exportable.
Can I use the Free plan indefinitely?
Yes. Free is not a trial. One live funnel, the full builder, every template, and the results dashboard stay available with no time limit.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up takes an email and a password, and you land straight in the builder.
When can I actually pay for Pro?
Billing is being finished now, which is why the Pro button joins a launch list rather than opening a checkout. Everyone on the list gets first access and locked-in launch pricing.
What happens to my funnels if I downgrade or cancel?
Your data is not deleted. Funnels above the limit of your new plan are taken offline rather than removed, and you keep full access to your submissions and contacts, including export, before and after the change.
