Questions, answered plainly

Including the ones where the answer is “not yet”. For step-by-step instructions, the help center goes deeper.

The basics

What exactly is a Funnelea funnel?

A short, mobile-first flow that asks one question per screen and ends by capturing a contact. You build it visually, publish it to a public link, and share that link anywhere. Think of it as the difference between a conversation and a long form.

How is this different from a form builder?

A form shows every field at once and asks for an email before it has earned one. A funnel earns attention one screen at a time and asks for contact details last, once the person has already invested a little effort. The difference shows up afterwards too: instead of a name and an address, you get the answers that tell you whether the lead is worth calling.

Do people need an account to answer my funnel?

No, and they never get one. Responders open your public link, answer, and submit. Their answers are stored against your workspace as a submission and, when an email address is captured, as a contact.

How long does it take to get something live?

Ten minutes from an empty account if you start from a template: pick one, rewrite the headline and questions, set the link, publish. Building from scratch takes longer because you are making the sequencing decisions the templates already made.

Building and publishing

Can I match my brand?

Yes. Set the primary colour, background, text colour, and corner radius, or start from one of six presets. The theme applies to every page in the funnel, which makes it hard to build something inconsistent.

Can I edit a funnel that is already live?

You can change wording at any time. Structural changes — adding, deleting, or reordering pages and blocks — require taking the funnel offline first. That protects the integrity of the responses already collected, since answers are stored against specific blocks.

Can I use my own domain?

Not yet. Funnels are served from a link with a slug you choose. Custom domains are on the roadmap.

Can I embed a funnel in my website?

Not yet. Funnels are shared as links today — in ads, on buttons, in email signatures, or behind a QR code.

Does it support conditional logic or branching?

Not yet. Every responder currently sees every page in the order you set. Branching is on the roadmap and is the most requested addition.

Data and results

What can I see about my responses?

Total responses, a daily response count for the last seven days, a breakdown of how often each option was picked for every multiple-choice question, and a CSV export containing every response with all of its answers. Drop-off by page is on the roadmap, not in the product today.

How do you avoid duplicate contacts?

Contacts are matched on the lowercased email address within your workspace. Someone submitting twice updates one contact rather than creating a second, and both submissions are kept in full against it.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Submissions export as CSV, one row per submission and one column per question. Direct integrations and webhooks are on the roadmap.

Who owns the data I collect?

You do. Responder data belongs to your workspace. It is never sold, never shared with other customers, and never used to build a cross-customer profile.

Plans and account

Is the Free plan a trial?

No. One live funnel, the full builder, all 20 templates, and the results dashboard stay free with no time limit and no card required.

What counts as a live funnel?

Only funnels currently reachable at a public link. Drafts and offline funnels never count, so you can build as many as you like.

Can I pay for Pro today?

Not yet — billing is being finished, which is why the Pro button joins a launch list rather than opening a checkout. Everyone on the list gets first access and launch pricing.

Can I invite my team?

Not yet. Each account has one workspace and one seat. Multiple seats and roles are on the roadmap; Enterprise will include SSO and role-based access at launch.

How do I delete everything?

Account deletion in Settings removes your account, your workspace, and all funnels, submissions, and contacts. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

Anything we did not cover?

Ask and you will get a straight answer, including when the answer is that we do not do that yet.
