Reading the answer breakdown
The most useful view in the product: what your leads told you, and what to do about it.
Underneath the response chart, every multiple-choice question in your funnel is listed with each of its options and how often that option was picked. It covers every response you have collected, not just the recent ones.
| Column | Means |
|---|---|
| Option | One of the choices you wrote for that question |
| Count | How many responders picked it |
| Share | That count as a percentage of all responses to the funnel |
This is where segmentation becomes visible — which budget band most of your leads fall into, which role your applicants hold, which problem people are actually trying to solve. It is the difference between knowing you got forty leads and knowing what those forty leads want.
What to do with it
| What you see | What it is worth doing |
|---|---|
| One option takes most of the answers | Lead with that case on your landing page — it is what your traffic is already asking for |
| An option almost nobody picks | Either the option is wrong or the wording is unclear; rewrite it before you delete it |
| Answers split evenly across every option | The question may not be dividing anyone usefully; consider whether you would act differently on each answer |
| A band you cannot serve is winning | Your traffic and your offer are mismatched — change the targeting, not the funnel |
Which questions appear
Only multiple-choice and checkbox questions are broken down, because those have a fixed set of options to count. Free-text answers are not summarised here — you will find them in full in the CSV export and on each contact.
