Your data, privacy, and account deletion

What is stored, your obligations to your responders, and how to delete everything.

What is stored

About Stored
YouName, email address, password hash, avatar
Your funnelsPages, blocks, theme, settings
RespondersTheir answers, and email, name, and phone where captured

Responder data belongs to your workspace. It is not sold, not shared with other customers, and not used to build any cross-customer profile.

Your responsibilities

You decide what your funnels ask for, so you are the data controller for what you collect. In practice that means:

  • Ask only for what you will actually use
  • State on the contact page what you will do with the details
  • Include a consent checkbox where your jurisdiction requires one
  • Honour deletion requests from your responders

A contact can be deleted from the Contacts list. Deleting a contact does not remove the submissions behind it — delete those from the funnel's results page as well if the request covers everything.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is in Settings. It removes your account and your workspace, and it takes your funnels, submissions, and contacts with it.

If you need a data processing agreement, a record of processing, or help answering a responder's data request, write to support@funnelea.com.
